Shortage and Damage
Claims for shortage or shipping damage must be submitted within 14 days from delivery date.
If merchandise arrives to you damaged, please take multiple photographs of the damage and email to us using the email found in the footer.
Returns are accepted for most non-custom items within 30 days. Items that have been damaged or altered will not be accepted for return.
Items that have been custom fabricated or custom ordered cannot be returned or canceled.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you may deliver the products to our location.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount prior to shipping deduction.
If you receive an item or quantity different than what is listed on your order confirmation or sales order, notify us immediately to resolve the issue.
